The Summer Band Performing at Libby Bowl for the July 3rd Independence Day Concert with
Conductor Laura Denne
It was a warm summer in Ojai evening for the crowd that came to enjoy a wonderful concert of patriotic tunes, WWII swing music and of course the anthems of each of the armed services.
Rotary Club of Ojai West member Steve Frank was an excellent and entertaining host for the evening as Laura Denne our fine conductor led the all star band members.
Balloons were made for the Balloon Parade by RCOW member Bryan Crawford's Boy Scout Troop and Ojai Living Treasure Trevor Quirk and family led the parade and conducted the last piece of the evening.
Thank you to all who helped move the chairs from the Bandstand to Libby Bowl, the fabulous Boy Scouts and everyone who performed and was in the audience.
